As owners of several real estate businesses in the Philippines, Harm and Sandra found themselves drowning in paperwork. Hours upon hours were spent manually inputting receipts, categorizing expenses, and trying to maintain accurate financial records.
The process was tedious, error-prone, and took valuable time away from actually growing the business. Even with hired help, the bookkeeping process remained a constant challenge, especially with the strict requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
We envisioned a simpler way: what if we could just drop our receipts into a system and have everything else happen automatically? What if we could always have a clear view of our finances without the manual effort?
